The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) will host an MTO Open House event for prospective proposers. The event is being held in conjunction with the release of a new MTO Office-wide Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), which will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov/ and on grants.gov at https://grants.gov. This MTO Open House event will be held at the unclassified level. This event is open only to prospective MTO proposers and is closed to the general public and members of the media.
The MTO Open House event will be held on June 24, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET at the DARPA Conference Center, located at 675 N Randolph St., Arlington, VA, and streamed virtually (view-only) via ZoomGov from 9:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. ET. Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m. ET. Virtual attendees are encouraged to log into ZoomGov at least 15 minutes prior to each session start time to ensure no technical difficulties or delays. Advance registration is required, regardless of in-person or virtual attendance. Registration will open on May 1, 2024. There will be no on-site registration.
The goals of this event are to:
(1) familiarize participants with MTO’s mission, interest areas (listed below) and on-going efforts,
(2) facilitate discussions with potential proposers,
(3) increase the efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation, and
(4) enhance MTO’s market research strategy.
The event will include overview presentations by DARPA personnel, to include MTO Program Managers, and an opportunity for sidebars with MTO Program Managers and MTO Leadership. After the event, presented materials may be posted to http://www.darpa.mil/work-with-us/opportunities
