Working with DARPA: Inside the Contracts Management Office
Date: October 27th, 2026 Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET
What actually happens on the contracting side when you work with DARPA? And what should innovators understand before they ever get to that point?
Join Simon Klink, DARPA's new Director of the Contracts Management Office (CMO), as he shares his vision for CMO and outlines how CMO supports DARPA’s mission, works alongside program teams, and helps move your ambitious ideas toward funded efforts.
Simon will unpack the role of the Contracts Management Office, how contracting fits into the broader DARPA process, and what prospective and current performers can do to better understand, prepare for, and navigate engagement with the Agency.
Whether you are new to DARPA or already pursuing opportunities, this session is designed to give you a clearer view of the process behind the opportunity and help you sharpen your approach.
Bring your questions. The session will conclude with a live Q&A with Simon.
