KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

 

Steve Cook is the Senior Program Manager for Threat Protection Services at Microsoft. He has more than 30 years experience working in government and industry. Mr. Cook has built and led highly successful programs for the intelligence community and companies within the defense industry and has trained more than 15,000 federal agents and officers while serving as a Course Chair and Lead Instructor at the Intelligence Training Academy in Washington, DC. With the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Mr. Cook is recognized as a thought leader and Subject Matter Expert in how threat actors are weaponizing AI

 

COL Travis A. Hartman serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Army Forces Command and prior to that the Chief of Defensive Cyber for Army Cyber Command. At ARCYBER he led multiple teams including the Unified Network Operations (UNO), Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), Forensics and Malware Analysis (FMA), and Cyber Risk Assessment (CRA). Dr. Hartman performs research on manipulating AI decisions and has presented at DARPA technical exchanges. He specializes in organizational change and process improvement.
